I've had several puchases from frost buddy. Thick 50,buddy, buddy xl and a gallon jug. On all orders, the quality has been exceptional! Except, a dent on the gallon jug. Everything was as described, and high quality!
The best part of frost buddy? Their customer service is excellent! Sent an email describing the issue including a couple pics. The next day, I got a reply that included shipping information on a replacement!! Hassle free indeed!
