After getting my frost buddy I ran into a bit of an issue where regular 12oz beer cans would get stuck and be a pain to get out. I contacted customer support and they sent me a new insert which I tested out last night and it worked great. I will say the process and customer services was so great and helpful. I will definitely be buying more frost buddies.
