I wanted to share with everyone how wonderful customer service is with Frost Buddy. I originally bought a Thicc Frost Buddy that had a defect in the handle. I reached out to them and they have been nothing but accommodating and generous in rectifying the situation and sent me a new Frost Buddy. I absolutely love, love this cup and would recommend getting one. Not to mention the great customer service, which makes the cup that much better.
