I ordered 2 Wine Buddies and one of them would not stay secure when twisted. I sent 2 emails to address the issue. I waited but heard nothing. I tried to contact them through the app, but the “contact us” and the “let us know” buttons didn’t work although all of the other buttons worked. If they wait it out for 30 days, the return window will be closed. So far, I am at day 19.
I don’t have the time to deal with poor customer service, so I will not order from them again and I’m stuck with a $45 Wine Buddy that is broken.
