Frost Buddy sent my cup via UPS which outsourced their job to the USPS. My cup has been sitting in a postal building for 12 days now. Frost Buddy asked me to continue to wait, even after the cup has not moved in 10 days.
The United States Postal Service is broken. Companies are, unfortunately, going to need to choose carriers that will not hand over products to the USPS.
I had hoped to buy wholesale from Frost Buddy to sell in our small laser business, but without reliable shipping, I cannot do business with them.
So as to the quality of the cup/product? I have no idea. I simply hope Frost Buddy will switch their shipping methods soon - even if that means I have to pay more for reliable shipping.
