The product is great. The communication with the company regarding shipping is great...until it is handed over to the USPS, then communicaton dies and product takes an additional week to arrive. Communicaton picks back up with the movement of the product until it arrives. But - it's hard for any company to compete in the market when it takes more than 2 or 3 days to get.
