I like the cup but I think it’s pretty expensive I ordered another one the first one I ordered was purple and green one I can’t remember the name of the color then the other one I ordered was the violet haze I really like the violet haze color but when I was cleaning my 1st cup recently one of the gaskets came out I sent them a text message asking how do I get support and they responded by asking if one of their representatives have been helpful and then I said no one gave me any help and then I got the surveySo that’s where I’m at
