So I do like frost buddy a lot but my most recent interaction with the customer service team has really soured that opinion. I purchased a thicc buddy around 4th of July. I thought I was getting the 50oz but the 40oz arrived. I got in touch with customer support and they said to send back the one I received and they will send me the 50oz. I had explained that I mistakenly bought the wrong one and to that customer support said that it would fine.
