I ordered a gold chain with a cross pendant on it. As it turned out, the pendant I ordered was on back order, but the customer service team called me and offered me a very similar slightly more expensive pendant for the same price. All around very positive experience, not the mention that the chain and pendant looked even better than I'd expected. I'll be recommending my friends to FrostNYC in the future.
