I worked with both Nick and Arthur on my purchase of a bracelet for my husband. I can't begin to express my gratitude for their patience with me. I hope I wasn't a difficult client, but I admit I was a little more than nervous about making such a big purchase online. They were great! They also offered assurance that my satisfaction was their number one goal. I know they meant that sincerely. I can't thank them enough.
