I ordered from this company for the first time. The quality of the ring was great! UPS lost my ring and wouldn't pay me for it and were horrible. When I called Frost NYC they sent another ring sold it way lower on price just to help me and make me happy even though it was not their fault at all and even gave me 50% on a future order. I am so happy and grateful with this company and will definitely recommend friends and continue to order from them
