Initially upon stumbling upon the website while searching for a gold chain & charm I was more than satisfied with the wide variety and the simplicity of the site's layout. The value seemed fair until actually receiving my order. Not only was the chain and charm much smaller than anticipated but I didn't even get the actual charm that I ordered. When notifying Frost regarding this issue I was placed with "Arthur" whom to his credit returned my call immediately with an apology. He promised to not only make my experience satisfactory but to even upgrade my purchase as a courtesy. He then emailed me a prepaid FedEx rwo day return in which I had just sent out today on Wednesday 21, 2016. He said he will contact me whenever he receives my item back which should be on Friday the 23rd. So with this all being said, this can still turn out to be a first time shopping satisfaction if all goes as promised. Nevertheless I was impressed with Arthur's recovery actions as well as his friendly communication. Hoping to rate this 5 stars but for now it's an "incomplete". Thank you for the opportunity to be heard and how you value each customer individually.
