I ordered a 24" 10k Hollow Miami Cuban chain. My necklace is very nice. The chain didn't come as pictured, the clasp was not a lobster style but I do like the clasp it came with but don't know the name. There was no certificate of authenticity or value as mentioned for insurance and etc. in the details. I was able to use a discount code to get 15% off my purchase and the sales guy gave me another $50 discount for my troubles. All in all I say order by phone and make sure you are getting what you want. I'm already considering my next purchase.
