I like the variety of chain selections on the website and ease of ordering. Images are large and easy to see. My order was shipped quickly and I received it in 3 days via Fedex with signature required. I was very pleased with the quality of the bracelet but disappointed because I requested a 9 inch bracelet and was sent an 8 inch instead. I'm hesitant of making a second order and not receiving what I ordered.
