I ordered a Cuban link chain for my husbands birthday gift- it came in 3 days from the east coast to the west coast! Customer service (specifically Arthur) was extremely friendly & helpful! We are looking forward to expanding our jewelry collection with FrostNYC! Especially after being told there are more options in the warehouse that aren't pictured online.. we are very pleased!
