I know they operate on money but when you cancel something after you've paid then that's what their supposed to do 4 days ahead I cancelled but izzy the customer chat line specialist sent the request 4 days ago and she and frost NYC shipped it anyway? Why? Because of money they said it was profit! I still could have cancel but the dealer gave me an offer I could not refuse. So if you buy here be cautious of what they say if you have it sized they will call it special order even if it's links in a bracelet or chain you and I both know they can put it back the same way and sell but they will be dishonest and lie all to make a profit. They sell good jewelry but be careful about pulling the trigger on an expensive item...??
