The local jeweller commented that this rope chain I received is very nice, and I agree 110%.
Frost Nyc says their 20 inch weighs 11 grams, but I received a 24 inch that weighs 11 grams.
They give you a good deal, so to get the chain shortened locally isn't too much of a hassle. It is worth keeping in mind that you may receive the wrong length.
I received the wrong length (longer) on two occasions, but the quality is great. I was being difficult and they worked with me. They are worth it.
