I sent items back with an intent to upgrade current jewels, I had to pay for postage to include secure delivery (ins), can I have my money back? $54.10, 122917, I received a phone call from the customer service department for this jeweler, after agreeing to disagree thru this dialogue, I would agree that this jeweler is way past better to do business with should anyone asked, in fact the Only jeweler that I'd credit .
