First off the quality of the jewelry i received is excellent and the pendant i ordered ended up being out of stock but I got an email right away letting me know about it. FrostNYC offered to give me a pendant that was very similar and although it was more expensive they gave it to me at no extra cost. The shipping was very quick and I will definitely be making more purchases here.
