My first online purchase! Brought a 10kt Figaro man's bracelet 7mm 8" the bracelet has something, it seems like plastic wrap stuck on the links, where it may have been stored for some time! This is unacceptable this bracelet should have been cleaned before shipping. Frost NYC said they will send me $30.00 and I can have the bracelet cleaned by a local jeweler I've agreed to those terms.
