So I recently purchased a 10k curb link bracelet and when I received it in the mail, but it wasn't the right dimensions that I had originally purchased. However, the customer service was quick to reply and work on fixing my issue. The gold was awesome quality as well. Took the bracelet to a jeweler who confirmed the quality.
