My son loved the cross pendant that I ordered. The Cuban link that came with it was much smaller in link size than I expected, but in contacting Frost Nyc, they replaced and gave me credit for the first one and promptly sent me another thicker one. We love the service and the quality of the jewelry that we have purchased from Frost Nyc.
