J'ai commandé un bracelet Franco. Grande qualité. Mais je pensais avoir commandé 14k pour lequel j’avais un reçu, puis j’ai eu une évaluation et ils ont dit que c’était 10k. J'ai appelé et clarifié les choses. Mais je pouvais jurer avoir commandé 14k. Mais devinez pas. Bonne qualité. Service à la clientèle sous pair.
