I ordered a blood pressure arm band replacement not knowing this was being sent from the UK. They sent it to Alberta not Ontario and because we couldn't wait any longer for the item to arrive we had to buy a whole new BP monitor. I went to return the item (I had to pay for shipping to the UK) and it cost $20 more than the item is worth. Had I known ahead of time it was coming from the UK I would never have ordered it. Unbelievable.
