The only thing they sent was a tracking email which says the item was delivered in France, despite it being ordered from, and to be delivered to, an address in North America. At the very best they are completely incompetent. However when you consider they offer no way to contact them about any concerns, one is left to the conclusion the intent is most likely Fraud.

“Item did not work and their agent-retailer was uncooperative and I was stuck with a product (humidifier) that did not work. I was also charged an additional amount by post office even though shipping was included in price. If there was choice of zero stars I would use that. Final note, I did finally contact manufacturer who following online tests concluded humidifier was faulty and they would replace if seller returned and credited shipping costs. Seller Fruugo represented by iewarehouse refused.
