Basically they are thieves. They did not deliver anything and refuse to reply to any emails. The only thing they sent was a tracking email which says the item was delivered in France, despite it being ordered from, and to be delivered to, an address in North America. At the very best they are completely incompetent. However when you consider they offer no way to contact them about any concerns, one is left to the conclusion the intent is most likely Fraud.
Please do not even consider using this service ( I'm not even sure that is an appropriate term)
