I ordered something with an extortionate delivery fee (which was fine because I wanted the product) but the product that arrived was not even an option available to buy - it wasn’t something I’d have chosen, so contacted the team who told me my return would be at my expense, what I received is what I ordered - I checked the site again and the item I received DEFINITELY is not visible on the site, even now. They’ve just sent random stock!

I tried to return because i wasnt happy with the quality, they asked me to pay for shipping to return to an address is China. The shipping cost is more than what I paid for the product itself. I ordered acrylic poly extension nail gel nail set gel for construction nail polish builder nail gel kit manicure set nail extension tool for my daughter. While booking the order it was told that they dispatched within 5 days but it was dispatched after 15 days. After receiving the product after a long delay and followups, I received the product which was faulty and was not working. Complete waste of money.
When I tried to return the product which I bought from the Fruugo Norwegian website I found that I had to send the product back to China. They simply fool and mislead the customers.
I would strongly recommend not to buy any products from this misleading website.”
