“I think the reviews on this site wouldn’t be so negative if they were more accurate on their shipping times. I placed my order on Nov 5 and initially it said my package was to be delivered Dec 2. The shipping details were minimal but it did arrive. Just late, on Dec 17. Had I known it would have taken so long I just would have ordered earlier or not at all. The product that did arrive looked great. I just would have appreciated it on time.”
“The goods arrived very promptly, as ordered. However, to my surprise I had to pay about 35% in customs duties and handling to get the parcel from the postal service. When I order some goods from a Norwegian (fruugo.NO) web address, and the quoted price includes Norwegian VAT, I don't expect any additional costs. The good news is that when I complained to Fruugo and sent the necessary documentation, I was immediately refunded the amount paid. Excellent service from Nicole!”
“Brought some orchard games for a friend and her daughter . Estimated time took longer and I began to worry that they were not going to arrive .
I found the website complicated to access customer service information that I needed as I went round in circles but managed to send a email and eventually had contact with Scarlett who suggested I contact her the following week if not arrived . Luckily they did arrive the next day but this altogether took 9 days after ordering for them to be delivered to my friend who was delighted thou . I emailed back to let them know they had arrived at last and my friend was very happy .
The website could do with being more helpful for existing customers who need help with their orders thou and to be able to see their orders they have made too.”
“Issues with a 3rd party seller on the website who wouldn't send the product/reply to my messages asking about the paid item; do NOT buy from 123 Hair & Beauty, terrible company. However, customer service on the Fruugo side was great (thanks Georgia)! If it wasn't for the quick and helpful customer service I would've given the review 1 star. I managed to get a full refund within 3 days of sending Fruugo an email about the issue with my product. Again, thank you Georgia for sorting this out.”

“I give 3 stars because I am satisfied of the client service. Georgia was very helpful and very quick in treating my request.
But otherwise, I find fruugo not very user friendly. I made a purchase for which I received an email the the delivery is delayed, it was it was impossible to get in contact with the provider via the website of Fruugo suing the link I received by email. I had at the end to request support from the client service.”
