“I got really worried when I read some of these reviews a few days ago. On the 20th of August i ordered myself a pair of work-boots. Out of curiosity I decided to read the reviews for this site. My heart dropped, and I wrote an email to costumer support. They responded within 48 hours and assured me my order would arrive 7-10 days after dispatch, which it did. I’m happy with the product, and the only reason I wont give them 5 stars is because I had trouble with the tracking number.”
“I wrote a bad review about fruugo because I ordered an item during the covid 19 pandemic, and after a month I still never received my item. I sent 2 emails complaining about my package and the fact that I never had any tracking info. Fruugo cancelled my order and stated that they would refund my money, and that it may be possible that I still would receive my package. This caused me to check the reviews on fruugo. I was very disappointed to see so many bad reviews and I just took everything as a loss. One week went by and I noticed that fruugo refunded my money. I was excited about that. On the second week I received a package. I didn’t know what it could be because by know I had forgotten all about the fruugo order. I open it up and to my surprise it was the tee shirt I ordered from fruugo. I was so pleased I wished I could send the payment back. Thanks fruugo you came through and if you continue on this path for the rest of your customers you can restore faith and your business will boom. Every customer loves great customer service. And your business will to as it will bring sales and new customers in abundance.”

I spoke to Fruggo team regarding this and was made aware that shipping charges are explained on the website. However they stated that they would refund the charge with proof of payment. Fruugo Reviews. I ordered support from my shoulder from them and of course excited to wait. I have to say the waiting time is long and when that Korora virus still made everything awkward, then in the end I thought my order would never arrive. “I found exactly what I wanted and placed an order with Fruugo without ever reading any reviews. I spent close to $200 on both furniture pieces and when I was on the website, I decided to read the reviews. OMG I was so upset and scared that I would never receive my order. It was delivered by the Post Office within 12 days going to Louisiana from the UK. I got my order a little sooner than I expected, and love the Corona Coffee and End table that I purchased. My order was processed and shipped from Life Interiors in the UK, that may have had something to do with the fact that I did receive it. Most of the reviews had me scared to death. However, they did come through for me and my experience was pleasant.”
“The goods arrived very promptly, as ordered. However, to my surprise I had to pay about 35% in customs duties and handling to get the parcel from the postal service. When I order some goods from a Norwegian (fruugo.NO) web address, and the quoted price includes Norwegian VAT, I don't expect any additional costs. The good news is that when I complained to Fruugo and sent the necessary documentation, I was immediately refunded the amount paid. Excellent service from Nicole!”
