I had an issue with the shipping charge which I wasn't aware I'd have to pay when the item was delivered. I spoke to Fruggo team regarding this and was made aware that shipping charges are explained on the website. However they stated that they would refund the charge with proof of payment. My refund was issued and I recieved understanding, fair and helpful emails from the staff involved. Will be ordering again. Thankyou.
