I wrote a bad review about fruugo because I ordered an item during the covid 19 pandemic, and after a month I still never received my item. I sent 2 emails complaining about my package and the fact that I never had any tracking info. Fruugo cancelled my order and stated that they would refund my money, and that it may be possible that I still would receive my package. This caused me to check the reviews on fruugo. I was very disappointed to see so many bad reviews and I just took everything as a loss. One week went by and I noticed that fruugo refunded my money. I was excited about that. On the second week I received a package. I didn’t know what it could be because by know I had forgotten all about the fruugo order. I open it up and to my surprise it was the tee shirt I ordered from fruugo. I was so pleased I wished I could send the payment back. Thanks fruugo you came through and if you continue on this path for the rest of your customers you can restore faith and your business will boom. Every customer loves great customer service. And your business will to as it will bring sales and new customers in abundance.
