In my experience, Fruugo is a legit company, with poor service and attitude. The start of my relationship with them is an order of some goods (eye patch). After a couple of days, I started to receive from Fruugo advertising messages. As I am not as much of a spam enthusiast, I tried to find a way to unsubscribe from it, but within the advertising message there was no way to do it, nor was on their website. After receiving several such spam messages, I managed to contact their customer service, which explained me how to unsubscribe. Unfortunately, all their explanations turned to be unrelated to the reality. I didn’t give up, we had several additional exchanges of messages, and to make a long story short, the last message from them was that they will stop spamming me and that they will add a way to unsubscribe. The second issue was the time of receiving the goods, which was way too long. These issues brought me to decide that I will not do business again with Fruugo and that I will add a review on their attitude, to warn other possible customers.

I ordered a full length hooded dressing gown for my husband. It's just arrived. It's not full length, it barely passes the knee. Also the waist tie isn't attached to the gown in anyway so it just falls off. This is the first time I've ordered from Fruugo and it will be the last.

I received my shoes after a few days and they are good, but communication is bad enough. I didn't receive any confirmation email after the order so I had to write to customer service, who provided a tracking link. Delivery was attempted without any notice three times in the same day, neighbours let the courier in but the parcel wasn't delivered. Luckily I was (randomly) in the third time and got it. No emails, no texts, just random delivery times and day. Definitely needs an improvement, the price is only a few pounds lower than reliable website so probably won't use it again unless there is a massive saving.

I have ordered yesterday book from fruugo and I paid extra to ship here in UAE and they told me it will dispatched within 24 hours . then they have cancelled my order without no reason . they told me your money will be refund from 2-5 days . but it was so bad experience

I ordered a watch on 11/9 with expedited shipping and not only was the watch sent back to the shipper, no refund has been issued. I am very disappointed in this service.

I ordered from Fruugo on 19 6 2020...I paid $110.69...the money was taken out immediately but I am STILL waiting for my delivery.....I have made inquiries but still no Luck...I shall update my review when or IF I hear back from them...or receive a refund....NOT HAPPY

Clunky ordering process, unclear information. They cancelled my order but didn't tell me until I chased it. I wanted to order a present for a family member - should not be difficult

They are a nightmare to deal with. I ordered a watch through them and received a watch that is defective, you can't set the time. When I went to return it that's when the nightmare started. You can't get them by phone, they're in Europe which didn't know when I ordered it. I've sent numerous emails to which you get useless automated responses. The time limit of 14 days to return is about to expire, so I might not be able to return it, which likely has something to do with they're stalling. I even took the watch to watchmaker who couldn't fix it. All I simply want is return label and instructions. They're somehow connected to Watches Megastore, Keep away from them too.

May have to revise my earlier opinion. About an hour after I posted my earlier review I got an e-mail promising me a full refund. Would rather have had the product as it's hard to find, but will take the money; just need to wait to see if it does arrive!

It's been over 3 weeks since my order was supposed to arrive. I ordered Sentinel Spectrum Dogs. There seems to be no customer support when I tried to contact them. This is the first time I have tried Frugo. Very disappointed.

They sent my items via courier service DHL. The courier service never contacted me that my items have been received and held fr taxes while I was waiting for weeks. I had to contact Fruugo and they told me about the hold up. When I contacted Fruugo letting them know that they chose a poor service courier service for delivery and that fact that they never contacted me they pretended that I was complaining about taxes and responded that the tax is not a fault of them or the courier service however I was very clear in my comment that my objection was not the tax but the fact that the courier service they elected provided a poor service. They declared issue resolved and blocked me from responding. I Will never use Fruugo again.

Meine Bestellung kam nie an. Lost in transit. Meiner Meinung war beim Kauf nicht eindeutig einsehbar, dass eine Bestellung in die Schweiz aus Australien kam. Deshalb besser hinschauen, woher die Ware kommt. Nichts desto trotz war Rhon vom Customer Service sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Bestellung wurde storniert und ich erhielt mein Geld zurück.

I ordered for the first time in Fruugo. I never got my order which was so disappointing. Unfortunately we had to assume that it got lost in transit. However customer service in email was really good. I was helped by Georgia who was very friendly and always responded quickly. I got full refund thanks to Georgia.

My order should have been delivered 11th of February. After trying to get in contact through email with no success I have commented on their fb where I got a response. Few days went by and I received a notification that my order has been refunded.

So glad I came here first. It looks like they're OK if you live in the USA but a scam in the rest of the world, and that's who they target with their false flag domain names. Was about to order from them but staying clear now.

I purchased an item from Fruugo last month. The delivery date was set at ‘no later than’ 31 Oct. 4 days later and despite a number of unanswered messages I have still not received my package.
