I received my shoes after a few days and they are good, but communication is bad enough. I didn't receive any confirmation email after the order so I had to write to customer service, who provided a tracking link. Delivery was attempted without any notice three times in the same day, neighbours let the courier in but the parcel wasn't delivered. Luckily I was (randomly) in the third time and got it. No emails, no texts, just random delivery times and day. Definitely needs an improvement, the price is only a few pounds lower than reliable website so probably won't use it again unless there is a massive saving.
