Issues with a 3rd party seller on the website who wouldn't send the product/reply to my messages asking about the paid item; do NOT buy from 123 Hair & Beauty, terrible company. However, customer service on the Fruugo side was great (thanks Georgia)! If it wasn't for the quick and helpful customer service I would've given the review 1 star. I managed to get a full refund within 3 days of sending Fruugo an email about the issue with my product. Again, thank you Georgia for sorting this out.
