I give 3 stars because I am satisfied of the client service. Georgia was very helpful and very quick in treating my request.
But otherwise, I find fruugo not very user friendly. I made a purchase for which I received an email the the delivery is delayed, it was it was impossible to get in contact with the provider via the website of Fruugo suing the link I received by email. I had at the end to request support from the client service.
