“Scam company that will take your money and not deliver your goods. You'll end up buying from Chinese importers that don't care one bit that they've stolen your money. Fruugo customer services are non existent, the number doesn't work, there is no email address. A rep may reply to the odd message here and say they'll be in contact but they won't actually do anything, it's all for show.
This is a scam company, i suggest you avoid them.”

Eventually I received a parcel , I imagine it was from Fruugo , There was no receipt or paperwork whatsoever with it , They sent me a Fortnight rucksack by mistake. “This Fruugo company does not deserve 1 star as far as I’m concerned. I had to rate a star to write a review. I recently ordered a water bottle(cost me $55.00 CA) a couple of months ago and to this day still has not received my package. I have consulted Fruggo so many times on this matter and all they do is pass the message(s) on to the retailer to deal with. What a nightmare! The retailer keeps replying stating, check your tracking number. I keep replying to the retailer stating that the tracking number says ‘delivered’ but still have not received my package. I asked for a refund many times and all I get is the run around. Fruugo doesn’t seem to have a phone number for customer services so I cannot even talk to a representative there! I absolutely will NOT order from this site again. Customer service is deplorable. One frustrated customer!!!!”
“Ordered a toy for Christmas 6 weeks ago. Did not receive a tracking number so kept sending emails asking for one.
They were never able to give me one,. Today a week before Xmas they let me know they have refunded me, and that the parcel is lost. All this and I still have no tracking order. To me no tracking order indicates parcel was never posted. How sad”

I don't know why the Refunds Process is rated Very Easy, they seem to be extremely stingy, and refuse refunds blaming the customer rather than themselves.”

After you start to fill everything you can't see a summary of the order, so they just decided to charge me 107$ for shipping which I saw only after paying
I immediately sent them an email telling them to cancel the order because I'm not going to pay 6 times more for shipping than the product itself to which they answered that they cannot because it was already sent, which is a lie because there's no way they sent it 1 minute after me paying
