This Fruugo company does not deserve 1 star as far as I’m concerned. I had to rate a star to write a review. I recently ordered a water bottle(cost me $55.00 CA) a couple of months ago and to this day still has not received my package. I have consulted Fruggo so many times on this matter and all they do is pass the message(s) on to the retailer to deal with. What a nightmare! The retailer keeps replying stating, check your tracking number. I keep replying to the retailer stating that the tracking number says ‘delivered’ but still have not received my package. I asked for a refund many times and all I get is the run around. Fruugo doesn’t seem to have a phone number for customer services so I cannot even talk to a representative there! I absolutely will NOT order from this site again. Customer service is deplorable. One frustrated customer!!!!
