Ordered a toy for Christmas 6 weeks ago. Did not receive a tracking number so kept sending emails asking for one. They were never able to give me one,. Today a week before Xmas they let me know they have refunded me, and that the parcel is lost. All this and I still have no tracking order. To me no tracking order indicates parcel was never posted. How sad
