“On 23 August 2021 I bought and paid EUR 31,90 for 2 Curtain Ties on Fruugo, which I still have not received until today, on 23 November 2021, i.e. THREE months later! I have contacted Fruugo asking for them to track the parcel or give me a refund. They have only come back asking me to wait another 10 to 20 days and contact them again.
I am sick and tired of these delay tactics and have demanded my money back immediately!

My last tracking suddenly showed that item was delivered on the 8th of November...which is surprising as my check around the same time showed that item was in customs. Currently it shows delivered on 08 November and attempted delivery on 09th November ??? Honestly feel cheated outright especially after paying close to RM 112.00 just for shipping. “Ordered shower curtain. Advertised as mould proof and weighted. Expensive fir a shower curtain, but was ok being it was weighted and mould proof.
Ordered under the belief it was coming from a NZ site, but no. And the quality is poor. Not weighted. A plain bit of cut off plastic. Not happy. Too much of an issue to return. No invoice, etc.

“Fruugo is a fraud company . I ordered a dress worth £115 and as it did not fit me I returned it paying another £12 according to the refund instruction sent by joe who works for fraud company fruugo. I haven’t got my money back and it’s been almost too months. I keep chasing but the conversation doesn’t go any further than asking me where it was returned . I keep sending them the address I sent it to along with the Royal Mail email saying it’s delivered. And Emma and Ruby keep saying that they are contacting the retailer . “Presented as if the items were shipping locally. Turns out it was coming from China with an expected delivery date of Wednesday the 27th of October. It’s not the 15th of November, still no item. Tried contacting the retailer and zero response. Costume wasn’t cheap either, if it ever arrives I’m fairly certain it will be of awful quality having read other reviews. I would absolutely recommend not using this site for any reason. It’s basically a scam.”
