Fruugo is a fraud company . I ordered a dress worth £115 and as it did not fit me I returned it paying another £12 according to the refund instruction sent by joe who works for fraud company fruugo. I haven’t got my money back and it’s been almost too months. I keep chasing but the conversation doesn’t go any further than asking me where it was returned . I keep sending them the address I sent it to along with the Royal Mail email saying it’s delivered. And Emma and Ruby keep saying that they are contacting the retailer . I am tired of this all I’m asking is my hard earned many which I wasted on the fraud company. I will keep chasing until I get my money
