I usually place my orders to Amazon.ae/ Amazon.com. that is where I have a chance to talk to somebody and follow up on my orders when things go wrong.
After I placed my order on the 13th of November, I realized there is no estimation on delivery and I got to wait for them to respond back.
After 6 days of placing an order, I just received an email about the estimated delivery time as the end of November which is never happened.
I tried to approach them with no result, there is no contact detail, I just receive auto replis with some topical responses

“I would give them a negative number if allowed! Do NOT do business with this company! First of all the order came three weeks late and they asked me to be patient after I requested a refund. The package finally came in the shape of a ball and it's supposed to be a chair for toddlers. Hoping that it would get it's form after being opened didn't happen. I contact the Fruugo showing the picture I ordered from and a picture of what I received and twice they have told me they don't see anything wrong with my $45.00 purchase, they can't see what I am talking about. “DO NOT buy from them!!! They are scammers and thieves! I ordered three bottles of b12 capsules. My order was THREE MONTHS late, I only received ONE bottle out of the three that I paid for and I was also charged a customs fee of EUR 56 at the collection point in Greece, something that I was not made aware of when placing my order. Their customer service is horrible too; there are no contact details so that you cannot call them. ΜΗΝ ΑΓΟΡΑΣΕΤΕ ΑΠΟ ΑΥΤΗ ΤΗΝ ΕΤΑΙΡΕΊΑ, ΕΙΒΑΙ ΑΠΑΤΕΩΝΕΣ ΚΑΙ ΚΛΕΦΤΕΣ! Αγορασα τρια μπουκαλια συμπληρωμα Β12 σε καψουλες. Η παραγγελια μου εκανε να φτασει ΤΡΕΙΣ ΟΛΟΚΛΗΡΟΥΣ ΜΗΝΕΣ, και ελαβα ΜΟΝΟ ΕΝΑ απο τα τρια μπουκαλια τα οποια ειχα πληρωσει. Επιπλεον, μας χρεωσαν 56 ευρω φορο εκτελωνισμου στα ελτα, κατι το οποιο δε μας ειπαν οτι θα γινοταν οταν καναμε την παραγγελια. Η εξυπηρετηση πελατων ειναι απαισια επισης. I didn´t know it it was a joke - because I get only E-Mail asking for review but not what I haver ordered! “My order never showed up, I told fruugo staff a month and a half of waiting for the package to arrive that I was moving. They then said it was signed for, I asked to view a picture of the signature because I wasnt the one to sign for it. I told them I'd notified there staff I was moving and there reply was if it's not there before you move we will refund it. Now they will not reply to my message. It was my son's Birthday present and he was sad it never showed”

“Brought a pool that showed in all pictures it had a pump, nowhere did it say that it wasn't included then turned up with no pump then when I questioned it they said it doesn't come with one and insultingly offered a 20% refund for a completely falsely advertised item, then requested my money back which I so far have had to follow up 6 times and still waiting after a month for it to be done, I am not getting anywhere with them thought as their customer service is extremely poor and keep marking my inquiry as resolved when it’s not. The first and last time I use this website - I do not recommend it at all.”
