Poor quality whiskey glasses one of which arrived broken due to substandard packaging. Website said handmade but you can see the seam where glass was machine made! Would not recommend or use company again. Poor response time regarding damage to item. No acknowledgement received as yet or replacement offered/refund . Unable to speak to anyone as due to COVID everyone is working from home yes that old chestnut . Avoid at all costs.
