“WORST EXPERIENCE EVER:
1. Noticed after purchasing; all from cheap China factories, just false advertise Australia.
2. Gave a tracking number that was coming up “unknown or incorrect” for 2 weeks asked them for the correct one and they just resent the exact same one….
3. Delivery was guaranteed by the 23rd 2 weeks ago and still not here & they have the nerve to offer a 20% refund!!!

“I was sent a faulty hoverboard which my son received from santa for Xmas and I have messaged everyday since Boxing Day (which is when we realised there was a problem) we have a gutted son and my daughter (who also got one for Xmas won’t use hers as she doesn’t want to upset her brother) so £400 down the drain and now response! “My sons electric skateboard was faulty that he opened on Christmas Day. I’ve sent numerous emails and tried calling but there is no one to take to. I have a very distraught boy and a ruined Christmas. It was a very expensive item and I cannot contact them or get a response. Absolutely disgraceful!!!!!”

“In my experience, Fruugo is a legit company, with poor service and attitude. The start of my relationship with them is an order of some goods (eye patch). After a couple of days, I started to receive from Fruugo advertising messages. As I am not as much of a spam enthusiast, I tried to find a way to unsubscribe from it, but within the advertising message there was no way to do it, nor was on their website.
After receiving several such spam messages, I managed to contact their customer service, which explained me how to unsubscribe. Unfortunately, all their explanations turned to be unrelated to the reality. I didn’t give up, we had several additional exchanges of messages, and to make a long story short, the last message from them was that they will stop spamming me and that they will add a way to unsubscribe.
The second issue was the time of receiving the goods, which was way too long.
These issues brought me to decide that I will not do business again with Fruugo and that I will add a review on their attitude, to warn other possible customers.”
