Ordered a soft toy for my daughters Christmas present at the end of November, it’s now January and there has been no delivery, no communication, NOTHING!!! I’m absolutely appalled with this service, and do not trust this company nor do I recommend using them!!! never order from these guys, they don’t even deserve the lowest score of 1!!! Worst experience ever!!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER: 1. Noticed after purchasing; all from cheap China factories, just false advertise Australia. 2. Gave a tracking number that was coming up “unknown or incorrect” for 2 weeks asked them for the correct one and they just resent the exact same one…. 3. Delivery was guaranteed by the 23rd 2 weeks ago and still not here & they have the nerve to offer a 20% refund!!! Have learnt to READ REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING NOW not just when I’m already shat on to leave the review!

Absolute joke of a company who have no customer service attributes. They state something has been sent and then state “order cancelled due to address too remote”. When you challenge this you’re called rude. Get over yourselves. Would I recommend this company, NEVER!!!!!!!

I bought a personal tape recorder and when it arrived I was a fake, just a plastic immigration of a recorder.I return it and I haven't heard anything since.i bought it I think 04 2021.I would never buy anything from this company again and I've told all my friends.This is unbelievable dishonest to trick customers like that.😫😭👹

I was sent a faulty hoverboard which my son received from santa for Xmas and I have messaged everyday since Boxing Day (which is when we realised there was a problem) we have a gutted son and my daughter (who also got one for Xmas won’t use hers as she doesn’t want to upset her brother) so £400 down the drain and now response! All we want is a replacement!

So disappointed. It dosent even deserve one star . Orderee on 27th November & Santy present arrived yesterday 31/12/2021. At no stage did Fruggo state that product would take this long . I had no idea ot was coming from China . Quick enough to take your money & say dispatched within 2 working days . Very disappointed with company & will never buy from here again.

Neodporučam. Kupovala som pokemon karty pred vianocami z tejto stranky v nadeji ze pridu do 24, objednavala som ich asi 13 decembra preto som si vybrala slovensku stranku aby som mala istotu ze dojdu. Tato stranka ich ale objednala z aliexpresu za necele 4€. Ja som za nich zaplatila skoro 25€ a dosli mi 29. Decembra. Keby som chcela cakat tak dlho z aliexpresu si ich za 4€ objednam aj sama. Trufam si povedat ze rovnako to bude aj pri ostatnom tovare ktory ponukaju.

They sent me wrong item with huge delay i shipment. Totally unprofessional company! Terrable service, terrable support! During the late shipment no one replied on my emails! I advise to avoid to order from them!

If I could score lower, I would. Ordered a lava lamp from frugo.ca and paid in Canadian dollars. They sent a lava lamp with a European cord.!! I had to Pay for shipping originally and now the want me to pay again for a refund ! Shipping g exceed product price. Terrible company and customer service.

Είναι απατεώνες, πράγματι. Ότι διαβάζετε από αρνητικές κριτικές είναι αλήθεια. Παράγγειλα στις 23 Νοεμβρίου 2021 και μετά από ένα μήνα, άρχισα να τους πιέζω για την παραγγελία που δεν παρέλαβα ποτέ και την είχα προπληρώσει. Δεν θα μου επέστρεφαν ποτέ τα χρήματα, αλλά στάθηκα τυχερή διότι είχα κάνει την πληρωμή μέσω paypal, οπότε μεσολάβησαν και μου επέστρεψαν όλο το ποσό. Μην κάνετε το λάθος να παραγγείλετε από αυτούς και φυσικά μην πληρώσετε. ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ !!

Market places like fruugo are a disgrace for e-commerce market. I hope the people will read reviews about them before ordering something from #fruugo platform. No product delivered, no money back, just waste of time and money. Clearly to be avoided.

MY ORDER HASNT ARRIVED IN CANADA POST AFTER 35-36 DAYS IN TRANSIT FROM SPAIN TO ONTARIO CANADA. THEY MUST HAVE FELT LIKE I LOOKED LIKE I WANTED TO BR RIPPED OFF.......... SICKENING I LOST OVER $100

Απατεώνες απλά Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών ανύπαρκτη Μου έστειλαν λέει την παραγγελία μου και η παραγγελία μου πουθενά στα αζήτητα. Τους έστειλα κ ξανα έστειλα μήνυμα και δεν απαντάνε καν. Μου έφαγαν τα χρήματα τσάμπα. Κάντε αναφορά όλοι σε αυτό το σκουπίδι που λέγετε Fruugo. Report!!

My sons electric skateboard was faulty that he opened on Christmas Day. I’ve sent numerous emails and tried calling but there is no one to take to. I have a very distraught boy and a ruined Christmas. It was a very expensive item and I cannot contact them or get a response. Absolutely disgraceful!!!!!

If I could give a minus rating I would, absolutely appauled at the quality of the garment for the price I paid for it, not even fit for a dish rag. Went in the bin where it belonged, what an utter waste of time and money!!!!

In my experience, Fruugo is a legit company, with poor service and attitude. The start of my relationship with them is an order of some goods (eye patch). After a couple of days, I started to receive from Fruugo advertising messages. As I am not as much of a spam enthusiast, I tried to find a way to unsubscribe from it, but within the advertising message there was no way to do it, nor was on their website. After receiving several such spam messages, I managed to contact their customer service, which explained me how to unsubscribe. Unfortunately, all their explanations turned to be unrelated to the reality. I didn’t give up, we had several additional exchanges of messages, and to make a long story short, the last message from them was that they will stop spamming me and that they will add a way to unsubscribe. The second issue was the time of receiving the goods, which was way too long. These issues brought me to decide that I will not do business again with Fruugo and that I will add a review on their attitude, to warn other possible customers.

I 1st placed order £52 one pairs of Clark shoes for my little ones Xmas gift on 6th December 2021 but didn’t get my order or refund yet today is 24th December it’s really poor customer service my money and time both wasted I didn’t recommended my friend’s & family ordered this website
