I was sent a faulty hoverboard which my son received from santa for Xmas and I have messaged everyday since Boxing Day (which is when we realised there was a problem) we have a gutted son and my daughter (who also got one for Xmas won’t use hers as she doesn’t want to upset her brother) so £400 down the drain and now response! All we want is a replacement!
