Brought a pool that showed in all pictures it had a pump, nowhere did it say that it wasn't included then turned up with no pump then when I questioned it they said it doesn't come with one and insultingly offered a 20% refund for a completely falsely advertised item, then requested my money back which I so far have had to follow up 6 times and still waiting after a month for it to be done, I am not getting anywhere with them thought as their customer service is extremely poor and keep marking my inquiry as resolved when it’s not. The first and last time I use this website - I do not recommend it at all.
