It was the worst online purchase experience that I have ever never had. I usually place my orders to Amazon.ae/ Amazon.com. that is where I have a chance to talk to somebody and follow up on my orders when things go wrong. After I placed my order on the 13th of November, I realized there is no estimation on delivery and I got to wait for them to respond back. After 6 days of placing an order, I just received an email about the estimated delivery time as the end of November which is never happened. I tried to approach them with no result, there is no contact detail, I just receive auto replis with some topical responses I will never go with them again.
