My order never showed up, I told fruugo staff a month and a half of waiting for the package to arrive that I was moving. They then said it was signed for, I asked to view a picture of the signature because I wasnt the one to sign for it. I told them I'd notified there staff I was moving and there reply was if it's not there before you move we will refund it. Now they will not reply to my message. It was my son's Birthday present and he was sad it never showed
