I ordered a soft toy for my Granddaughters Christmas present , It took quite a long time to come and I couldn't get much sense out of the company as to where it was . Eventually I received a parcel , I imagine it was from Fruugo , There was no receipt or paperwork whatsoever with it , They sent me a Fortnight rucksack by mistake. Obviously my Granddaughter will be very disappointed this Christmas.
