Horrendously awful delivery service with delayed delivery times, don't seem able to find clearly stated addresses, and instead pretend that no one was home for delivery.
I don't know why the Refunds Process is rated Very Easy, they seem to be extremely stingy, and refuse refunds blaming the customer rather than themselves.
