That company is a joke! I ordered from them just because my item "we be there at 4 days". I said "okay it will be just in time for my husband birthday". Guess what!! I'm still waiting my order. Same on you! You send me a mail and ask me: "give us an opportunity to address any problems first before you leave "Negative feedbacks".... Hahaha...ok...
